i shall survive this winter!

thanks to msfrisby and the aptly-named sock dreams, i am now the proud owner of several pairs of lovely thick thigh-high stockings (some striped!), which actually fit my chunky legs.  i am even looking forward (well, sort of) to swimming in the cold, to find out how well my lovely new stockings will warm me up afterwards.

now if i can just keep the cats from killing each other in a mutual attack of cabin fever....
