because today she is one whole year old, which means she is an entire grown-up cat.
of course, she has thought she was a big grown-up cat practically from the first day i brought her home.
the day i brought her home, we shared a grilled ahi burger, and she decided fresh tuna wasn't half bad. so in honor of the occasion, we had pan-grilled ahi - with the last of the kitten chow, some whole-wheat fuselli (which angelina has recently decided she likes) and a sprinkling of catnip (for them; broccoli, salad and 8-grain bread for me). she still thinks fresh tuna is tasty (fred thinks so too). no pictures this time - they wolfed it down too fast.
and i'm still going to call her angelina kitten.
