after the storm

Had a solid week of rain, including some pretty hard downpours and wind - even some hail Thursday night. So I figured my poor seedlings would be all beaten to death. But this is how things looked Saturday morning - everyone hale and hearty and stretching their little leaves up to the sun. So I am much encouraged - may even get some veggies this year.
So after I cleaned the place up, I went to do the shopping, and ended up with more plants - in particular, another strawberry plant for the top of the strawberry pot, and a romanesco-type cauliflower.
Trying to keep focused on my Every Way Wrap - just 2 more pattern repeats and the ribbing, and it's done. So if I can focus on it, I might actually get it done this month. Apparently, though I have knitter's ADD - keep wanting to start something else. I've gotten through 2 repeats on the A chart of my Bitterroot...and started a pair of socks. I really want to get the Every Way Wrap done - it should be nice and warm...but I get bored with all the repeats.
