well, that's a bit better....

this week's milage:  28 mpg.  and just a hair over 1/4 tank used, which means i should be able to go 3 weeks between fillups - that will be nice.

in other news:  i finally lost the one pound i've been trying to lose for about 2 months now, which takes me to over another 5-lb interval.  maybe now life will settle down a little, so i can concentrate on keeping that going.

and fall decided to give me a break for the weekend - sunny and warm.

so why am i inside on the computer?
