Feb. 20th, 2014 01:59 pmJust got back from a brisk half-hour walk...judging by the socks I have here, it's the first one I've done since I moved into this office...last summer? a while ago, anyway. Definitely need to get back on the exercise track.
And speaking of when I moved into this office - got back to find a man on a ladder outside my door. See, since the office rearrangement, everyone around here has been freezing to death because the air conditioning has been up really high. Well, except me, because I have this big computer and this big monitor and they put out a lot of heat, so I was nice and warm. But since I have this nice big monitor, I had not noticed that right behind it is the thermostat...the one that controls the temperature for all these offices. And my nice big monitor has been convincing the thermostat that we are all toasty warm, thank you very much, in fact, we could stand a little air conditioning. Oops.
So the thermostat is moving elsewhere, and we should all be at a proper temperature...we hope.
